That’s right there’s a lot of mountain forest top to cover and this is just a glimpse. The video shows 8 plots and we’ll need about 30 to get a good inventory of the forest. It’s too big for me to take the time to wrap around and note up each tree but the images will help speed things up. The idea is to cover approximately 1/10 of an acre in a plot sampling. That is a circle with radius of 37.5 feet. I did my best with estimating this size and it will take time to analyze just these 8 plots. If I get good the process will speed up.
